Privacy Policy

Lanemark Logistics is an assumed name of Sunburnt Agency LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Lanemark,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through lanemarklogistics.com and when you contact us, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, company, phone number, email, MC or USDOT number, number of trucks, equipment type and any message you send through our form, by phone, text, WhatsApp or email.
- Carrier documents: if you become a client, the documents needed to dispatch for you (authority letter, certificate of insurance, W-9, factoring notice of assignment, signed agreement).
- Technical information: our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and basic browser information to deliver the site and block spam and attacks. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
How we use it
- To answer your request and talk to you about our dispatch services.
- To provide dispatch services, including sending your carrier packet to brokers you approve.
- To send invoices and account notices.
- To protect our site and our clients from fraud and abuse.
Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in, we may text you about loads, scheduling and your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except service providers that deliver the messages for us.
How we share it
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only: with brokers and factoring companies when you ask us to book or bill a load for you; with service providers that help us run our business (hosting, email, phone) under confidentiality obligations; and when required by law.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become clients are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept while you are a client and for as long as tax and business record laws require afterwards.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to privacy@lanemarklogistics.com or calling (915) 503-8499. We will answer within 30 days.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Form submissions are filtered for spam and sent directly to our team; we limit access to client information to the people who need it to serve you.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date.
